mixed feelings about my stay.
small room boring breakfast
The room felt smaller than advertised. My suitcase barely fit! also, i didn't find the breakfast particularly appealing. i mean, there was food, but it lacked any real flavor. It was just fuel.

helpful staff convenient location
The location was superb. Termini station was very close. santa maria maggiore basilica sat just next door. I even attended mass there one day. the staff was very kind, and helpful, especially roberta and ludovica. being able to have coffee, tea, or water anytime was a bonus, too.
The bed was very small. i am not particularly tall. half my legs hung off it.

fresh cheeses crispy bacon available tables
the hotel provides fresh cheeses daily. scrambled eggs were always available, as well as crispy bacon. fresh fruits and many types of hams are on display every morning. the breakfast setup included various breads, pastries and cakes. the hotel ensures tables remained available into the evening hours.
the photo on the website was LITTLE misleading.

multiple types of coffees were available from the coffee machine. extra pastries are available throughout the day. a coffee, tea, and water station is accessible to guests pretty much all day long. the hotel had a lift.

the rooms had a clean, contemporary look. the bed was comfy, i slept soundly. the hotel is stylish. the room was spacious. there are great linens in the room.

it is across from the papal basilica of santa maria maggiore. it is where pope francis was laid to rest. the location IS perfect. it is central to everything. it has an easy walk to the train station.

all employees WERE NICE. staff is very friendly. staff is professional and helpful with everything needed. the hotel staff provided excellent customer support and service. breakfast opened early for us.

i found the hotel very convenient to reach from the train station. the breakfast was really good i could have coffee and water throughout my stay. staff were helpful and kind. the location was really good
the photo of the building on the website was misleading. i chose this hotel because the facade looked excellent. the hotel is only on the 4th floor of the building

really good stay near termini
easy access 24 hour bar helpful staff super clean cleanliness
the location provided easy access from termini station, a notable convenience. i found the 24-hour coffee, tea, and water bar a nice touch. the staff was exceedingly helpful and always available. the super clean cleanliness throughout the hotel stood out immediately to me.
The external signage definitely needs improvement. I found it somewhat difficult to locate the building initially.

excellent services, handy location
good breakfast large bed convenient location
the hotel offered good breakfast with much selection and a nice breakfast room. the room included a large bed and a table with chairs. i found the location convenient because the train station was seven minutes away. i also used a nearer station called cavour, only five minutes away.
i note the signage for the hotel could improve because i had trouble finding it. the building included other units, so finding the fourth-floor reception was confusing.

the hotel offers a lift because it locates on the fourth floor. i found a coffee machine and a water dispenser with sparkling and still options. tea bags and sugar were also available.

the train station was easy to reach and takes only seven minutes by walking. i also could reach the colosseum after ten minutes by walking. the basilica of santa maria maggiore was only two minutes away.
